Shipping & Returns

We aim to deliver custom prints within 14 days. For USA, Canada, Far East, Australasia and the rest of the world this may be up to 20 days. As each print is individually made and framed (if appropriate) shortly after an order is placed they take a little longer to prepare. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, separately from any other item you might order from the SHD Shop.

Delivery for custom prints is charged by the item according to your delivery destination, as follows: UK £7.50 per item / EU £20 per item / Europe (Non EU) £30 per item / USA £50 per item / rest of the world £100 per item. 

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; SHD Shop refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
